Title: Need S&DP Mapmaker

Oldtimers:

Does anybody have a copy of the timeless old "S&DP Mapmaker" that Ogre made available back in the olden days? I used it to create a couple of maps based on USGS data. I want to use it again as the basis for another map, but I can't find the executable. If I remember correctly, I was using "S&DP Mapmaker V1.0", which was distributed for free as a 203KB zip file.

If anybody has that and could send me a copy, I would be very grateful.
