Taken yesterday...had good luck both days of hunting.

Getting the kids out in the field is a blast! 

My son (14) has been joining me for the last few years now.  Squirrels, rabbits, ducks, and pheasants with our hawks and falcons, as well as conventional firearm hunting for squirrels, pheasants, doves and deer.  He just started bowhunting this year and loves it, and we've spent the last few days enjoying the Wisconsin firearms deer season.

She has been hunting with me since 4 and shooting since 8 years old, taking various game with rifle. She started shotgun this July but I made sure to get her lessons starting out in addition to a nice fitted shotgun. She has shot probably 750 rounds since July.  :cool:

We went dove hunting a lot this year and she did good. She was lucky enough to get drawn back in October for a fully guided youth pheasant hunt as well but I believe she is now addicted to quack.

its easier to shoot clays and raise the ducks in your back yard.  Makes cleaning them a lot easier too.   :cheers:
