Well, if it's like it used to be, get ready for 2 holes in your shoulders.
When you made buck Sgt, all of Platoon NCO's, CSM & Top would punch
the pin on points, which of course implant like darts.
:salute and WTG!!!

Ok Sgt.First task. Get that Squad "dud" in Class A's, standing tall at 0600 for Reveille.
Full TA-50 layout on Parade Field immediately after. :rofl
(Did that) :aok
One of my squad troopers was a total dud. Never got up at first call, room and equipment always
not up to standard. One morning, I got fed up. Went in his room, he was still in bed.
I grabbed the bed, flipped him and bed over, lol.
For the next week, he slept in his tent on the Parade field. Every morning, I would be out there in my Class A's
to inspect. Worked well, he realized I wasn't BS ing, especially when I told him next step was Art.15 and
"School of the Soldier" if he wasn't squared away asap :aok
Oh, learn NCO Creed. CSM or Top will make you repeat it after stripes are pinned on.
Best of Luck to you in this big step and Congrats again.
