OK, this one came to me yesterday when I was trying to learn how to fight in a GV at 135-136. As always I'm still looking for ideas. I try to answer everyone who sends me an idea. Again the more detailed the better the "toon.

Yea, it was funny when the 30-40 Rook's spawn camping complained everytime the Bish vh's were taken down. I remember hearing a lot of "oh gees, who took down the vh's again?" and "stop taking down the d@#$ vh's we are trying to spawn camp here!" :rofl

That's ALL THREE sides who own 135 or 136 on that map.

ya I guess driving around the spawn was to tough for the Bish so they would bring in the heavys.

I didn't see a single Knight there.....as they were all the way on the other side of the map  , and I didn't see Rooks take the Bish VH down a single time all night. Funny how that works out. To the Bish it was front they had to watch and didn't want their force split split, so they crushed it and took it every chance they had a CV close enough. Afterwards they would all go back to running NOEs to the other islands.

Plenty of times during the night, they did. And they had CVs there for long periods too, with CV planes incessantly dropping bombs on anything in sight. I was there, being part of several desperate attempts to save V136. At one point I even had to bring my 262 there, with 136 being totally flat, no ability to spawn GVs in (VH down on that field 4 sectors away) and a cloud of enemy carrier planes over the base.
All sides do it just the same, when they have the opportunity. Every country that occupies the northern position on map will be quick to bring the CV from the nearby northern port. It doesn't matter which chesspiece it actually is.
Of course they all only do it because "the other side did it first!" (Now, isn't that a cartoon idea? ;) )

reminds me of an old cartoon about 4 cows eating grass, all with their head stuck thru the fence, into the next ones pasture,, all the grass was just the same but every cow there thought the grass was greener on the other side!

Yup! I hate getting P'owned when I'm camping. I want a bunch of newbs who up over & over & don't mind dying 20-30 times! :noid

That is the stupidest part of any map we have.

Actually is the best and most fun one. I always hope I get the early part of gameplay on this map, before both sides send in waves of CV planes. As logn as it's clear of planes, it's about the best balanced tank battleground of all maps currently in use.

Never said that at all, and in most of my comments I go out of my way to say "....and YES ALL SIDES DO IT!" maybe I should use bigger letters .
In the case of the cartoon, I was on for 8 hours Saturday, and when I wasn't dieing to the bish horde rolling base after base I was learning how to fight in a tank. In the couple hours I was in the 135-136 area the bish used their CV to bombard the field and with heavy air support take the base twice. Seeing as it was the Bish that did this, it was why I used them in the cartoon.
Now I wasn't in that area all day, nor do I watch every piece of the map like a hawk, but while I was paying attention the rooks never knocked the bish off that island. They may have knock the hangers down but I never got that close to the base....I die a lot, hence the "learning to fight in a GV". Don't get your panties in a wad.

It was a fun day,, I enjoyed it,, was glad to see you there!

Now, here, the next step is, Fugi was the one camping and the one bringing heavyes to the spawn.
:bhead

Humm, if you hadn't said anything Fugi, I would have said it looked like the Knights in Midwar. :devil

This cartoon is awesome... hurtling beyond the simplicity made brilliant of all the other cartoons... this gem digs at a chess piece directly, which means overtime for the popcorn machine.
