Title: List of aces (Air, sub, tank etc.)
Post by: MarineUS on December 08, 2012, 10:45:08 AM
Someone posted this on another forum and I find it pretty neat. It's got (me thinks) every ace since the beginning of aerial warfare. Read a lot of great stories.

You can see tank aces, sub aces and more! Pretty cool!

As I said, "(me thinks)" :P

Either way it led to some great reading. Not to mention it's Wikipedia, so you can edit it. :)  :aok

It's a list of "aces of aces"

That would mean 1 pilot per country per war.  ;)

No, that would mean every man who at some point was considered the top scoring ace of a war. You'll notice that it says Immelman and Boelcke swapped the title several times before Immelmann got killed.

See, learning can occur! :)

I didn't understand it 100% either though, so don't feel bad. :P
