Title: Temporary hiatus

Gents and ladies

As many of you know I had to put my dad in a nursing home due to health reasons. Well I'm in the process of getting his house taken care of and getting into an apartment and getting set up. All this while holding down a full time job alone.

Well last night at 0400 est I got a call from the nursing home that pops had passed away in his sleep. Now don't get me wrong I am sad to see him go but I am also glad he isn't suffering anymore.

So for all of you who gave me advice before and well wishes I  :salute you and thank you.

So I shall return to the game to be the wild and crazy weirdo I always was but right now I need to take care of real world problems first. So I hope to see ya in the skies of AH soon enough.

You did good. Your Dad is no longer in pain and on his everlasting journey. It's a tough time but it comes to all of us with parents still alive when we are adults. Thoughts and prayers OTW to you and your Dad.

Sorry for your loss.  Be thankful his suffering is over.  Unfortunately, I know how you must be feeling right now.
May your pain one day subside and leave you with only good memories of your Father.  :pray

Thank you gents I appreciate everyone's responses, and yes I am glad his suffering is over. I have a lot to do and lots of friends here around the area that are helping me.

Btw when I come back I will be having a pink spitt raid so be ready for that .
