Is there a good and proper tutorial or video tutorial that shows all the pre-requisites, required steps and furnishing and polishing methods anywhere?

No video tutorial that im aware of but god knows somebody should make one...  :pray
Wasn't there a "terrain editor for dummies" somebody made a while ago?
