Title: Achievement for killing oneself
Post by: Tracers on December 13, 2012, 03:47:25 PM
Hey HTC,

I was awarded the "kill a plane with a bomb" award.

The situation was I had been hit and lost a wing from an 88 at a V base. As i spiraled down towards the field I dropped the last egg from my spixteen hoping for a miracle kill as i was on my way to a grim death anyhow. The 500 pounder hit the ground a fraction before i did and I got the achievement on myself. Perhaps remove own kills or own damage from triggering the achievement?

Pretty sure the achievement was not designed this way.

PS: If you are gonna have achievements may as well award perks for em (0.5) or otherwise they are kinda pointless.

This can be expanded.  I know for a fact that I have (on numerous occasions) damaged my own aircraft waiting to shoot a tater just one-second past the last possible second (and closest-distance).

Well remember it is a beta so much testing tweaking bedugging and so on will be kneeded before the final version comes out.
And hold on Boba Looey , 'final' version' meaning ready to be released and in working condition as no software, or not much of it, is ever final and bug free.
