Title: how about achievements..

that once earned allow players to set up mobile airfields, or mobile radar zones/radar jamming zones, or mobile anti-air/ anti-tank zones.. This could be made 'mission' based requiring a number of players to participate and get 'their parts/supplies' to an arranged area for whatever they're working toward..

Or 'mission based' abilities to spawn a battleship for cv protection or anti-cv..
