Title: 2 Bugs

P47D11_22 + G14_7 skin keep trying to redownload everytime I enter an arena.

Supply trucks are not the new curvy Blitz but are still the old Boxy Supply trucks.

for #1, i think i had it happen before, I believe it was caused by skins folder somehow getting checked as read-only.

Fixed the skins issue.

The convoys have to be updated for each terrain.  ndisles was the only one done, at release time.  I am working on the rest.
