Title: Gunner Tracers Consistency

If a pilot joins a buff as a gunner, and his tracers are disabled, then his tracers are not visible to the enemy.

If I am a pilot and gunning for myself with no tracers are enabled, I can't see my tracers, but the enemy can.

Is this intentional or a bug?
