Title: Ability to use throttle Axis for GV Throttle Axis

Ability to use throttle Axis for GV Throttle Axis to avoid having to use W and S keys.

Throttle already applies for Planes and Boats, why not GV's?  I'm really hoping someone says "Boom, another wish granted.", and I'm just not configuring it correctly.

Wait, what? You can use your throttle to control your PT Boat's throttle? Wow I always used Shift+W/Shift+S in GV's and  PT's, interesting.

Anyway, I like it +1
