Title: Game mangling rudder input
Post by: Motherland on December 17, 2012, 11:51:41 PM
I have a pair of USB CH Pedals and the game will recognize them as in (I can go into the controls menu and see them) and get a reading from them through the full pivot (0-65xxx) but will not move my rudder despite being mapped to the correct axis with nothing else mapped to that axis, it's in the correct mode etc.
When I open up the 'advanced' panel the line for the 'raw' reading will only appear at the center or one of the two extremes (instantaneously and sporadically), even though the number reading on the standard menu is showing a fairly smooth movement through the range.
What's going on?

Calibrate the specific axis.

Go to the Map Controllers panel, select the pedals, then the axis and hit the "Calibrate Axis" button.  Follow the instructions.

Interesting! Didn't seem to work when I did the general calibration tool. Thanks!
