This month I can't seem to scrounge enough money together to pay for AH, so I decided to delete my account, but AH told me that I still had 29 days left to play since my last bill and asked if I was sure that I wanted to delete my account even though I payed my last bill on the 23rd of last month.. is this just a bug? Am I losing track of time? Is AH giving me a Christmas Present? WTH is happening? I would just like some help with this since I really don't need another overdraft this month..  :noid

You will get a better & more appropriate response by either emailing them at

Billing@hitechcreations.com  or by calling them after Christmas day next week....

best bet is to go in to your account/billing settings and just remove your credit or debit card #

Then once it tries to bill the card, it will kick it back and your account will be froze / locked out...

if you do not remedy the problem, your account will eventually be deleted...

Probably the worst time to bring this up with Christmas right around the corner. I thought you payed for the next month when you pay so hopefully you stopped the charge for next month in time.
