Title: Apple
Post by: zack1234 on December 31, 2012, 07:04:49 AM
I have Itunes and Icloud.

Does apple have the ability to produce products where you just log on to use them without having to refer to a stupid video telling me how to stream my photo's or do a project.

Does everyone on the internet want to tell everyone what they did today or how many dumps they have just had :old:

iTunes is one of the worse things you can do to you Windows computer.  I do not have any experience with iCloud, but historically all Apple software products, running under Windows are bad news.

I will get a cheap laptop or a tablet to access any apple purchases in the future :old:

Icloud is rubbish and over complicated just to store things, Skydrive is for simpletons and is alot better.

Well done nuke :)

Skuzzy is right

And on a slightly separate topic, I've made my fridge relatively apple free and suggest others try it as well.

The best way is to get a macbook to handle your traffic. If you have the cash for the basic hardware you can get extremely easy to use softwares for small change.

iCloud is awesome, if you know your friends DOB, email address and the last 4 digits on their cc you could get access to EVERYTHING  :devil

Macs aren't as expensive as they appear if you consider the situation holistically  :old:

holistically! :old:

I don't frequent health food shops or spas!

A man at the end of our street went to one of those places in regards to irrigation and he does not even have a garden! :cry

Many other services are also suspectible to similar kinds of attacks. But don't let that stop the hate!

The problem you mentioned is due to Paypal and Amazon revealing sensitive information that happens to be used for verification on Apple side. In fact they first hacked the Amazon site before they gained access to the Apple ID. Knowing an e-mail address is however not enough. I for example have multiple e-mail accounts, one of which is used for my apple account (and it's not the .me address either). Only if the user had used a very obvious account (the .me account or his daily e-mail account) can the hacker collect enough information for attack.

Even if you had e-mail correspondence with me all day you still wouldn't be able to figure out what my apple account uses for registering. :)
