Title: Not able to see who has command of the task force
Post by: TWCMav1 on December 31, 2012, 08:08:11 AM
Sometimes when you go into the Task Force screen and try to take command of the carrier it will not let you, however, it does not show you who has command of the group.  You can still take command of another group.  I asked several other squad memebers to see if they could take command and they were not able to and could not see who had command of the group.

I would never wait or expect a reply to most posts here from HTC, too busy.
And you sort of answered your own question in your second post in your initial post if squaddies can't see it either.
Personally I don't see them either when first logging on.

When you log on and if someone has control of cv group you will not see who has it........why? I have no clue. If you rank or other is not low enough you or they will not be able to take it. I think this is a bug that should somehow be fixed :salute

Just a guess (pure speculation), but I think that probably the way the information of who has control of the cv is passed around globally (in country) at the time someone takes control. If you are not online at that time you never get the message. Probably it would be a lot of work for HTC to change it and it could only add to the information your system has to process at logon, which would only add to the possibility that your graphics slow down and reset to minimums.
