Title: perk re-sup rides.... air and ground

bomber and gV perks and they carry more field sups (not GV supplies ... (insert GV & Plane type here)..IE Sutherland(that big brit plane), emily, biggest german transports ar 232 and ar323

aw heck.. just ask for the "Beam me up, Scotty!" transporter and be done with it.   ;)

Outside of tweaking the repair times, credit given for delivering field supplies, etc, nothing really needs to be changed.  HTC could spend weeks and weeks modeling the German behemoth transport plane Me323 or they could change some arbitrary values already in the game and be done with it.  I understand the wish and it is not all that far out in left field, but with all the other things HTC could focus on this is near the bottom on the "important" list.    :)

Definitely need some axis transport planes, regardless.
