Title: Fast Food Anonymous
Post by: USAFCAPcTSgt on January 16, 2013, 11:20:05 PM
10 years working in the industry coupled with a lifetime (40 years) of this insidious but tasty attack on my tastebuds.  I've come to the conclusion that this evil must be vanquished.

We should support our fellow human comrades and begin to lead more nutritional lives even if the green vegatables don't taste good.  Fruits should be eaten daily except coconuts (they are reserved for castaway situations in the Pacific).

We should all start FFA groups in our communities right now.  We should pledge to end the easy meals of fast food forever no matter how much our mouths water at all that greasy burgers and bacon smells assault our noses.

When the big chains have lost their customers and they are on the verge of shutting down.  They will begin negotiations to bring us back to their seats and drive-thrus.  That's when we will rise up and shout,"NO!!!!!"

The goal is to get them to that level.  For those reading this should plan on starting these groups quickly and becoming the Presidents of the local FFA groups.  As the Presidents, we will have secret meeting with the fast food chains.  We will agree to end the boycotts in exchange for 49% of their common stock and become instant millionaires.

We have to keep this a secret.

I always have a plan on getting rich. :D

Are you saying that we should better ourselves, starting with food?

I think it could if you remove all meat content (especially horse meat) and only have fresh Vegetables and low fat pastry that tastes like cardboard.   :bolt:

You can eat excellent food and spend less money too, it's easy, just teach yourself to cook and commit at least an hour a day to that. The unwillingness of people to do so is why the fast food magnates are so wealthy. People pay for convenience.

You have to cook the meat. Less you just do canned chicken or someting. Hell its better than nooking something!
Also for lunch I cooked a ham sammich, with Chipolte chedder cheese and salsalito turkey.
