Title: Buzz in the Tower

I use Twinbooms sound pack.  When I first sign on I get a low level buzz in the tower.  When I leave and come back to the tower it is gone.  Any thoughts on that?

A second, and more of a curiosity question.  What, in just a sentence, is the function of the clear.txt file that comes with the AH install and is included in the sound packs?

Offline? Could be the engines of the GVs. As they just sit there not moving it's just a low monotonous diesel idle kinda sound.

I don't think you can turn the drones totally off in offline play. Test it online at a completely empty field and see if the sound stops. If it does I'd guess that's it.
