I wish this file was updated and/or available instead of the skins download in the hangar.  I use it but unsure if it is still downloading the right skins.  please hitech, there was only a couple of bugs and it worked great.

for those who dont know this program will let you download all the skins and terrain at one time. it was available a year or 2 ago but it has been withdrawn.
