With the Graff Spee years ago I met a guy who's dad was on a merchant ship and watched the whole affair in the bay. He had a dozen plus pictures of the Graf Spee pre scuttling then as it scuttled. Pretty neat photos!

As it was, he busted up a knee a day or two before and missed it. Talk about good luck.....
