Not to be confused with the Kill Club that was recently in vogue. I just got my PC replaced with new video and sound cards to give me back my playing ability. I thought why not keep a record of the fun with bombing. If you get killed by me or you get to kill me, then you get to be put into my AAR's. I will be flying a variety of bombers.
First Mission :
15 Feb 13
Took off with a set of B-17's carrying 25% fuel and 12 X 500 lb bombs. Climbed to 9000 ft altitude and leveled off. My target was an enemy vehicle field for a quick strike mission.
No enemy fighters were in the immediate vicinity. Once I calibrated, I set my salvo to 3 for first bomb run. I destroyed the main VH along with one enemy GV driven by FGBullet. Many collateral building damage also. I also dropped on strats for 2nd and 3rd release for more collateral damage.
Having 3 bombs left, I did a 180 wide circle and began to drop altitude for a dive bomb run on another VH. There were enemy flaks on the field and lost one drone to them. I released my last 3 bombs missing the VH but killing a flak driven by SEsunSvl plus more buildings.
Destroyed Targets:
One VH
Two GV's
Two Fuel Tanks
Two Barracks
One Soft Gun
Seven Structures
2825 Damage
2 Kills
9 Tons Expended
I had to leave for work and made this as quick as I could. My new video and sound cards allowed me to bomb like I used to for many years. Last few months, I was missing easy targets and being shot down to easy.

First Mission
Lifted of with a set of Boston III's carrying 4 X 500 lb bombs and 100% fuel. The target was an enemy medium airfield for hangar busting. I climbed to 12,000 ft and leveled off for first run approach.
Once calibrated, I lined up for my bombing run at 318 ground speed. I set my salvo to 2 bombs. After pickling them off, I dropped one FH.
I swung around for a second pass at 13,000 ft with a ground speed of 210 calibration dropping my last 2 bombs per plane on a bomber hangar making it go boom also. I did spot a low Hurri but no chase from him. There was some light flak coming from the 88 on the field but not hits on me.
Landed successfully with all 3 bombers.

Second Mission
I took off with a set of Ju-88s carrying 4 X 500 kg bombs and 20 X 50 kg bombs and 100% fuel. My target was an enemy small airfield and town. I leveled off at 13,000 ft and calibrated at 249 ground speed.
I set my salvo to 4 and selected the 50kg bombs first for the town. I lined up on the long stretch of clustered buildins and pickled off 5 times to get the most saturation possible. The result was 30 Town Buildings and 2 gun Emplacements.
During the first bomb run, I was followed by a Spit 16 and was engaged with him for many minutes while trying to line up for last bomb run. I took some damage but was able to shoot down Weiser but lost the 2nd bomb release. That's when I was attacked by Ki-67s who had the altitude and tactical advantage.
I abandoned the bomb run and concentrated on defending myself. I was never able to get the right firing position on the Ki-67s. I lost two drones to Havermyr and damaged surviving bomber. I had to disengage and RTB for safe landing with my sole bomber.
