When lowering flaps in the 152 visually they do not move up or down on the wing. Is this accurate?

Yes. The upper surface of the wing is not part of the flap.

This. I believe it's a split flap like most (all?) 190s.

Actually, I wasn't sure if Tank designed it as a Zap Flap.

152 only has 30 degrees, 150 has 40 degrees.
