Title: Squad invitations don't pop up in the middle of my screen

  I would like it if squad invitations did not pop up in the middle of my screen.  I have had a couple of times when I was in the middle of a dogfight, or a bombing run, and an invitation to join a squad popped up right in the middle of my screen, obscuring my view of my target.  While I appreciate the invitation, I don't need it ruining my already lousy aim. 

Of course one solution would be to fly so badly that no one wants me in their squadron.  But as often as I fly into the ground, I still get invites occasionally, so this doesn't seem to work.

 .showjoin 0 doesn't work for squad invites too?

No, it doesn't.
That's the only reason I created my 'squad' in the first place.
