I landed an IL-2 successfully today with no elevators and only one flap today and did not receive the achievement.  FYI.

What arena were you in?  Do you happen to have a film?

It was Late War Main Arena, sorry I didn't save the film but remember it distinctly, as it was tough only having throttle and one flap to control elevation.

I am having the same trouble, I land three times in my B-17 with no elevators, twice in Late War and once in Mid War.
I don't have film, however the two times in Late War, one of my Sq. mate was on the runway watching me land the plane.
Been meaning to report this bug, however with the new baby, couldn't find time to report this.

When you landed, did you crash land to where you lost your tail or stab?

Not on the IL2, I did a standard gear landing.

Also had the same issue today. Landed wheels down, successfully, with no elevators. No achievement. Will post video next time, as I'm sure to have my tail feathers shot off again soon likely.  :rofl

And you were definitely on the runway so that you got the landed successfully message?

Yes for me, I landed 2 victories successfully.

FYI, I landed a B-17 today with:

No elevators
No flaps
No rudder
and Right aileron intact as well as horizontal and vertical stabilizers, and I received the achievement with no issues.

On my previous attempt I had lost one stabilizer as well as the elevators when I did not receive the achievement.
