Your point is that it is too much trouble to "ALT, TAB" out of the game while flying ....as you have been doing.... so you would like a button to click instead.

Im talking browser in-game bro.

I am not sure if its possible, but sounds fun!

He wants something to do while his 410 is taking hours waiting for bombers. He wants HiTech to turn the game into "Windows" so he can do other non-game tasks and not loose his session or have to alt_tab the game.

Guess this goes with the clipboard on a smartphone or tablet applet so he can command the porcelain navy and keep track of his position on the map. Or hang out in another room with his vintage 16mm pron collection while watching dar occasionaly.

Get a remote desktop app for tablet or your smartphone that will access your PC\Laptop WinOS via RDP. Do a search, they are out there and will run on your home lan or WiFi. The more of this crap that gets incorporated into the game the larger the install package, the more money we pay for bloatware, and the more problems with older PC\OS. Pretty soon the game like DX10\11 dies from the bloat of absolutely nonessential code to playing the game along with the support nightmares for Skuzzy.

Skuzzy - You say the game is fine but, the browser keeps popping up viruses.
Geezer - Yeah, my favorite sites are killing the game.
Skuzzy - Did you turn off Norton to give the game more resources?
Geezer - Just like you said. Now my favorit sites from YOUR WEB BROWSER ARE KILLING THE GAME AND MY PC!!!
Skuzzy - Adult sites?
Geezer - None of your business. Now fix my derned PC or your funked up code!!
Skuzzy - Disable the browser window from the clipboard Options.
Geezer - I'm canceling my subscription then.
Skuzzy - I cannot protect you from yourself.................

Awe, c'mon, think how awesome and convenient it would be to check stock quotes and stream the latest installment of babewatch on climbouts?

There is always multiple desktop apps for Windows. Just tab through them.

The over head on this kind of crap usualy kills game FPS and why I've only ever used these things for remote administrative tasks. In the end it's not much different than having an active phone home trojan running while you play Aces High. Rubber Bulletsville on steroids.

Did a test once when I first played AH. Set it up on one PC, launced it in offline mode and then moved around in it with remote desktop and even PCAnywhere visa mouse. All of these remote control apps have their own delays. Then compound that with the game being impacted by the local remote control process running. KaChunky central. The best responce was using IP based KVM hardware over Gigabit LAN. There was still video delay in what I saw from my remote location.

But, hey we had an out of band lan at the bank that a buch of us knew the IP address to the KVM switch and played Quake and Doom from all over the US on old servers and PC we saved from the recycler in a store room. We used a seperate KVM window on our work PC's and minimised it if anyone walked in. No one wanted to try HtH 8 man with me on mouse back then so we stayed with Doom and Quake.

Only way I can see you being able to do this is opening the game using Steam and opening Steam's browser.

This may turn out not to be the droid you are looking for.

I experimented with some 3rd party apps to allow you to "window" applications and games. Aces High promptly takes a bloody dramatic dump all over the desktop.

Mr. HiTech wishes you to give the game your full undivided attention like flying a real airplane does............... :noid

So use your smartphone's network to browse the web.

Wonder when the first civilian plane crash on final will be recorded due to texting and browsing in the U.S.?

The FAA inspector finaly gets the pilot's provider records for his 4G account seconds before the crash. Seems he was streaming Kim Kardshian's old sex film. That accounts for the controller's comment, it sounded like the pilot was really excited about landing his plane. He kept repeating yeah baby, yeah baby, you go baby.......booyah!! In the finaly report it was reccomended that flying with laptops, tablets or smartphones actively browsing the internet needs review to protect aircraft from bored distracted pilots and Kim Kardashian.

If I read their forum correctly. Their browser is not protected by active anitvirus when you pull it up during your gameing session. So during your AH time doubling as a prono session watching boot knocking videos. Your PC is open to attack.

How did you get the hot keys to enable the overwolf browser and FPS counter in the game? It won't do it with AH on my PC.

Win7 64 bit.
