Resume download of skins/B29_13.res

Been going on for days, others in my squad have it as well.

Can confirm this. I still have skins waiting to download but that B29 one is ether taking weeks or is just broken.

It came down fine for me.

Remove it from your skins folder and remove any tmp files in the game installation folder.  Also note, if you are running an anti-virus program, it could interfere with some skins installation.
