Awesome thread. I always thought Whiteman had all the b-2s turns out Edwards has one for testing. Probably radar testing of some type. Very Cool.

GD it. When I was all of about 8 years old I read a book in the school library about Edwards, written from as if the author was telling the reader what the reader does next at Edwards in his (the reader's) USAF career.
I should have listened...

Heard a C-17 start a takeoff from about 500 yards away. What a loud high pitched sound.

F-117s were retired in 2008 I believe most of them were scrapped.
