Title: force the capture order during off hours

You guys remember when we had to capture the fields in a preset order? It didn't last very long because of the uproar but It'd like it to be enabled just during off hours, to guarantee everyone some action, cause right now off hours is BORING. I'd also like the arena not to be reset when then time comes, with plenty of automated messages to give warning to the players.
