WTG Honcho , :salute

I was going to wait till his 175th and his 'Brillianten' to make a shout out for Honcho, but as you are enjoying recognising your mates, Herr Bino...please do carry on, by all means.
Honcho is just a silent killa... and one half of my big one/two punch as a kommander. His uglier half is poised to set another first within the Squad this month as well.
For me as a CO, these 'milestone' threads represent one thing more than any other, and that is that I have certainly been blessed with a group of talented, dedicated, committed players, who are, and have been here...for the long haul. I am sure most of you recognise the absolute priceless payoffs of having a long tenured bunch of guys...and not just in performance, but as much or more so...in the sheer enjoyment factor that comes from playing this game with the same guys over an extended period of time. And Honcho is certainly no exception to this, and he has contributed greatly to all of the above for me, and for his mates, and the whole of the FSO community.
They don't come any finer.

You give out Diamonds at 175? Sorry, just CO discussion.
Honcho, Fantastic brother <S>. I can relate to Stampf's post about squaddies and milestones. I love handing out pretty medals to squadmates. It means a lot to me and I am reminded of what a great bunch I have the privilege to lead, fly, and hang out with.

Ja...175 for 'Brillianten' and 'Goldenem' at 250. So far 2 of us have recieved 'Brillianten'
I believe your program is a tad tougher Scoob. Never thought we would hit these numbers when the Awards program was set up. http://www.jg11.org/awards.htm
Going to have to create some now...for 'Hopper', as he is only 3 away from 'Goldenem' (247) after 8 victories in Frame 1.
7 of us in the 11th are now over 100 victories, with several more closing in on that mark quick.

I set it up as close to the 1939 Award System as I could.

I love your killboard Stampf. I wish I could post pics of the award next to their names like that.
