You have to host the picture on an internet server. If you don't have your own webspace, this often means using some online service like photobucket to host it for you. Then once you have the image up, and you can visit it with a web URL (http://www.myurl.com/myimage.jpg) you can link it in your message using the {IMG}http://www.myurl.com/myimage.jpg{/IMG} tags. Only, don't use {, use [ brackets.

Grasp the picture with either hand, lift. Picture is now off your desktop and in your hand. What you do with it there is completely up to you.

Just working with what you gave us.
