Title: Not Sure if this a bug or not

Since new Update and the Fix of the BBS I am seeing this and never had this problem before not just on main bbs forum page but also in the sub forums there is the line missing between topic's and all.

Seems like a Border is missing between subjects and also on some forum topics there is no split just wanted to point this out I do not mind it but other's may

That is a table line not being drawn by your browser.  I noticed later versions of FireFox are doing this.

Those lines are either an all or nothing proposition in HTML code.  So, when any are missing, it is the browser that is doing it.
