Title: New planes not in the "plane performance" charts yet

The new He111 and Ki43 don't show up in the drop-boxes for the "plane performance" page on the AH homepage.

Not a bug.  This will almost always happen within 24 hours of the any release.  It is a separate procedure that cannot happen until the release is completed.
