Title: C-202, C-205, and Lancaster skins

Offline mode. Not tested in online mode.

In the Hangar there appear to be multiple skins available for the C-202, C-205, and Lancaster.

The skin choices appear to be the same ones available in the previous version.

Selecting the various skins does not update the hangar previews or change the skin upon launch.

You have to log online before your skin index will update.  Your seeing the old skins from the previous model.
