Title: Mitsu sound version 3.09 is released.

Version 3.09 is out.

Changes:
- New Ki-43 and HE111 sounds.
- New Ho-103 12.7mm MG sounds.
- New M18 Hellcat tread sound.
- New PT boat engine off sound.
- Added Convoy sound.

P47N....may have more to do with the way my pc deals with alt-tabbing in and out...wind is similar. Very noticeable at 06...nearly off at 03. On the whole, I quite like it though

Nice package Mitsu.  I've been running factory sounds for about a year.....I've forgotten how much better it is running a true sound pack.

I alt-tab out a lot (no particular reason) sound levels always funny when I come back in
