Title: Setting terrain offline

Not sure if this is the best location to ask, but here goes:

I am have been running AH2 offline over the past week or so to get back into the groove so I can return to the live game.  I downloaded all of the available terrians, ran the installers and then tried to select different terrains from the default ndisles.  However, I can't actual get to the section to change the terrain (the "Change Terrain" link in the clipboard is greyed out).

When I ran the installer it put all of the terrains in the C:\Hitech Creations\Aces High\ahiiterr location (where ndisles is located).

After reviewing the following link:

I decided to try and create a "terrains" folder and copy the terrain .res files there (C:\Hitech Creations\Aces High\terrains).  However, this still did not fix the problem.

Is there something I need to do to get the get the link to be active and the different terrain sets to show?  It's been a long time since I did a lot of AH2 stuff so I am not sure if I am just forgetting something.

When you first start the game, on the screen where you select either online or offline play
There is also a select terrain option.
That is where you will select the terrain that will be used for offline play
