Title: Higher ping after yesterday restarts

Hello.

Usually I had ~160 ping to every arena. But today I've noticed that pings became higher by ~20 for LA and TA. Both are on same host I guess as their IPs are equal. Also they are in different subnet as others.

The TA and LA are on separate servers at separate locations.  I have not updated the tech support post yet.

I tested from both locations and the late war arena is 8ms slower for you than the training arena location.  Latencies are identical, which is the critical factor.
