Title: list all 15 wind layers as a list so they do not overlap please

just list them in a column from lowest to highest and maybe a little arrow next to the wind text to indicate direction.

the current wind vector display is nearly unreadable and is completely unreadable if you use all 15 layers (which I am currently doing)
