Title: Settings Option - Screenshot format

Would like to see an option on the clipboard to choose what type of format to save screenshots in, either JPG or BMP.   With the JPG option, maybe include a dropdown choice of quality options (Low, Medium, High, Very High).

Pros:
- Bitmaps are big
- Saves a step by not having to convert from BMP to JPG when posting screenshots
- Allows user to choose what type of format

Cons:
- BMP potentially better quality (but again up to the user to choose)

I use software to convert all my screenshots, I'm lucky I have it otherwise the BMP is rather annoying to upload since its pretty large (take everyones internet speed as a consideration)
