I think I have lost my mind, and many of you witnessed this tonight. I have two problems, one is that I enjoy flying WWII simulators and the planes that are of that era. The second is that I am a horrible fighter pilot. After years of playing this game, I just accept that I suck. I even fly around offing free kills to anyone. Every once in a while, I find a fellow who wants to dogfight with me, like deadstik, and occasionally I make it past the third merge. I may not be very good, but you might have to work a little for the kill.

I earned my handle 'eeyore' honestly, when I am down I am really down. I also work night shift, so I rarely interact with actual humans. I am sorry if my chatter on 200 is boring and sometimes nonsensical. You can squelch me, if that makes the game bearable. I try to be entertaining.

Limbo0 is obviously having an eeyore day with this post. Welcome to my rain cloud.

I can fly these birds decently and get on players 6 but aim is critical and wasting time in a furball fatal. :uhoh

I would survive much longer if I didn't miss that first shot oportunity.

Limbo,one of the last times I was in the mains I think we had a fight,you in p47 and I was in G14! IIRC is was a pretty long fight as we both tried to gain an advantage,I'm pretty sure you have a PW because you leveled out and tried to fly away at the end.

Funny part was I heard my guns quit,outta ammo just as your wing departed the airframe! It was a heck of a fight and could have gone either way so I'd say you were above average in my books! Not that I'm that great but I've learned to hold my own.

When I'm off, it's usually my aim that goes first. I could have been splitting hairs the night before, but every once in a while it's like the feel for the shot just leaves me and I can't hit the broad side of a barn. That usually frustrates the toejam out of me and I start to press, which leads to terrible decisions and a reduction in SA. That can be an endless cycle unless you recognize it and try to correct the aiming issues.

I like to play golf a lot too. Gunnery is a lot like putting, I think. Some days you have the right feel for the line and speed and the putts just fall. Other days you couldn't make a putt if the hole was a bread basket. To be honest, that's part of what makes it rock. :rock
