Seems your ISP has not been having a good week. Everyone I have run into who is using your ISP is suffering some pretty bad packet loss.
I ran a trace back to you and noticed the same router flaps I saw the other day.

See hope #12, #13, and #14? Those are not normal. They indicate some flopping around being done by those routers. It causes all kinds of packet problems.

Yes, you need to contact them.
You should also run a Ping Plot to 71.252.137.149 as well, and post it here. That way you can point your ISP to this thread.
Ok, in simple terms, they have multiple routers fighting for the same route.

ok thanks for your help

ok after talking to these morons at brighthouse they are telling me its my problem ...they reset my modem and it stop coming up with that message for a day ...now sometimes i get it sometimes i dont. made sure u where all an exception through my firewall ...which u always have been...they suggested turning off my firewall and antivirus while playing the game. the thing i dont understand is why all of a sudden is this happening...never had any problems.
you talked about packet loss ...is this effecting my game play ? also once and a while when alt tab dosnt work i will get a message about this may be due to u moving ur servers .
i tried to point them to this thread but couldnt get them to do it...any suggestions ?
they also talked about some port from the game that may need opened ??? idk

I am still seeing the same problem. It could something as simple as a bad route injection or a bad BGP update.
You have to understand how ISP's work. They will NEVER admit to having a problem. If they do, then they have to fix it. That sounds more onerous than it really is. What happens is something like this:
You: Your network has a problem and it is impacting my ability to use it!
Them: Oh no, we have no problems
You: Yes, you do.
Them: Everything is peachy keen here. It is your software. Try rebooting everything and giving it a day or two. Maybe it will heal it all up.
You: (by this time, pretty frustrated and disgusted with it all), FINE!
Them: <after hanging up>(screaming at the network engineers)YOU MORONS BUSTED IT AGAIN! How would you like to handle these calls for a few hours!?>!?!?!
That is an obvious exaggeration which may not apply to all ISP's, but you get the idea.
If enough callers complain, it gets their attention and then when they realize they have a problem, they will quietly fix it. Been that way for a long time. Sometimes, if you can get passed the first line of defense and talk to a real engineer, they can help expedite things getting fixed.
Yes, the packet loss is having an impact on your game connection.
Also note, this may be due to the extreme weather problems we have been having. When telecommunications are disrupted by poles being flung to the far corners of a field, what can happen is pretty messy. It takes time for those types of problems to settle down.

i see....well time to get someone out here then ...ty again ur help.....
u talked about running a ping plot to u ....how do i do that ?
-
download the freeware version of pingplotter http://www.pingplotter.com/freeware.html (http://www.pingplotter.com/freeware.html) then setup a session that will run a couple of minutes to the ip of the lwma.
