It looks really neat. With the gun under there, it seems like a jet powered me-410.
Im thinking that if it gets a gun under there, for some reason it will nose down terribly - like our me-410.

Hence making it almost un-fly'able, and almost un-aim'able, like our me-410. Maybe best to just leave it the way it is!  :frown:

It will be dead meat as a day fighter.

I'm sure some cobia like fellow will come along and fly it in a way that will piss alot of people off.

I'd rather have the meteor tho.
Better guns, with better ballistics.

how many c47's got kills then???
Did those goons in Russia vet any? Cause as far as I know, the 162 has more kills and saw way less combat(which btw would happen to know how many that was?)

The requirement is that it saw combat, not that it got kills.  Many C-47s were kills for an Axis fighter or Allied fighter against the Japanese.  Getting shot at/shot down counts as combat.

I wasn't basing it off kills. I'm simply questiong did they get kills. There cannon fodder for enemy fighters oviously.

The Russian and Japanese versions were armed, so it is possible they got a kill or two.

The Ar-234C-3/N?

You are correct I was looking at the profile & not the text. They have drawn the B model night fighter not the proposed C model.

Nice catch. :aok
