It's spine tingling and heartwarming up until the point where the people dressed as US Army who are in BDUs in 2010 and they can't salute.

Ty . . . the survivors of the Civil War wore their decorations.  Our survivors should do the same during their daily trek on Decoration Day.  It would do more than any law could to put things right.
