Title: New Lanc's
Post by: earl1937 on May 30, 2013, 03:02:29 PM
:airplane: I like the upgrade on the lanc's, but, you can't see the altimeter for the "Yoke". It needs to be moved or move "yoke" closer to pilot in default position.

Earl,

You know you can move the default position and save it with F10 as a new default?

If you use the page up/down and arrow keys you should be able to find a position to see whatever you need.

:airplane: Thanks for info...I thought I had tried all of the positions, but maybe I need to go back and check again!

while pushing up on your hat switch, tap your "Home" key to raise your view.  You can manipulate all directions if need be.

I map one of my keys to look forward down and position it for the best view of the instruments.

HTC has trended towards accurate placement of the instruments and I like this decision.

think about the actual lanc pilots complaining about the altimeter...

and here we are experiencing the same little inconveniences :)

It's easy to see at takeoff or climb but completely obscured in all but the most extreme view changes while at speed in level flight.

:airplane: You sir, are 100% correct!! I can now see the altimeter at any time I am flying the Lanc's!

I really appreciate all the help I get from you guys, as it makes the game a lot more enjoyable to be in!
