Title: Side Switching limits

What are the limits on switching sides? Once per hour, once in 12 hours? Are they different between the arena's LW/MW/EW?

Side-switching is an arena setting. And yes, they are different between EW/MW and LW. You can check the setting yourself at any time by going to the clipboard and selecting the arena settings option and looking at the "times" tab in the General Settings.
