Harrasment bombing certainly is combat.

That said, Storch makes it redundant and there are much more pressing holes in the Soviet planeset.

It certainly would give a GV spotter a bit more bite than the Storch's smoke marker.

Other than the lack of bombs, the Brisfit is a pretty good stand in for the Po-2.

During the Korean War, Po-2s destroyed the fuel dumps (5.5 million gallons) at Inchon.  It was North Korea's most successful bombing raid of the war.
