Where can I find a full break down of all controls and commands to the keyboard?

in game from the clip board:

Options---controls---map keys.

should show you everything that is default, and you may remap as you wish.

No clip board in AHFilm. and it's very timely going from AceHigh to AHFilm for quick references, but thanks.

I was hoping there would be a page somewhere with a manual for it.

Open the film viewer. At the top left of the window is a menu called "Help".

Click on it and click on "Contents".
