Post by: mthrockmor on June 15, 2013, 09:28:12 AM: Pretty simple. We spend almost all of our time in the 190 and love it. We are looking for those who want to learn how to fly those birds (A5, A8, Dora and 152) then learn how to fly the German Loose Deuce style of squad tactics.

Or, you already have a pretty good grasp of the 190s but want to fly Loose Deuce style.

Please do not disgrace the Focke Wulf FW 190 with Loose Deuce tactics. Rotte, give it a google.

Americans (of which includes most players on AH) called it 'Loose Deuce." It should be noted that the American Finger Four took root in the German tactics as well.

A good discussion around tactics could start with this book:

You will need a google account, which is free. You can then read this book on-line for free. It has great graphics showing fighter tactics. The author was a US Navy pilot.

Perhaps many of he P51D, La7, and Spit16 players are getting tired of getting out of those planes smelling like perfume and lolly pops?

Only a Ta-152 officianado would say that. For us 190 noobs, its kin now!! And it even has a purdy mouth...

hmmm I like that idea!!!!

And there really hasn't been an increase in 190 usage in my eyes *waits for a diagram by lusche :D*
It's there seems to be an increase of current 190 pilots seeking help to get better in what I believe to be a rather difficult plane to master

trust me im having more fun with my 109 than I ever thought I would it almost feels wrong lol
