My town Canmore is Under a state of Emergency for flooding,  its flooding all over from b.c to were i live in alberta, from heavy rain fall, here is a video of canmore,

I have a status card, so i do not need a fishing  licence , and my place is dry, for now , and its a pretty serious flood, there everywhere, my mother in my hometown elkford, said its flooding, first time in 41 years and two graduate students are missing their, its crazy man, its like a doomsday man,

this flooding came at the worst time, because also this is when the snow melts on the mountins, which causes water levels to rise,
Plus the 200mm rainfall, = destruction...this is craaazy, i never seen it this bad in my life, Last year i saw flooding in kelowna, B.C but nothing to this scale,

I am praying for everyone in the area, hope they all stay safe.
I have family and friends in Calgary and across Alberta that are dealing with a lot at the moment.

Currently posted to Ontario but used to be based out of Edmonton. Just talked with a few friends the military is being moved into Calgary for state of emergency assistance. Having done the floods in Manitoba i know many long days lay ahead and hope that lives first and foremost are preserved and pray for all those in need.

My Father lives in In Calgary , he called me saying he was evacuated from his home, hes telling me he never seen it that bad before, Also The sattledome or whatever in calgary water is at the 10th level inside of it, And the Calgary zoo, they evacuated the animals,to jails cells
