So this guy says to me that he thought I might be getting joeblack on things, not sure what that is all about, what is the reference?

for the record JoeBlack is a good guy he just happens to live in the sticks of Louisiana and if im not mistaken he uses a satellite dish or dial up for his connection nothing else is available
